Based in Hook, Hampshire, I provide personal training tailored to your individual goals. All training programmes are
bespoke and designed to enable you to train in an environment that you’re most comfortable with, be that your home, an
outdoor space or at ArenaFit gym in North Warnborough, near Hook.
Whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, getting back to exercise after a break or looking for additional support in
training for a specific event, Aspire Fitness can help. With specialist qualifications in women’s health, I also offer female-specific
training to women throughout all life stages, including pre- and post-natal phases.
I offer an initial free consultation in order to identify and agree your personal health and fitness goals so that we can tailor your programme, ensuring it is both efficient and effective in helping you achieve your objectives. Nutritional advice and support is also available should you want it.

I needed someone to motivate, inspire and challenge me- and that’s exactly what Sue does. She does it in a enthusiastic, informative and calm way which makes me feel comfortable, giving me confidence to work hard with her but also when I’m in the gym on my own. She quickly spotted where my strengths and weaknesses are and designs sessions to build confidence but also challenge. I was looking for PT sessions to support and complement my yoga practice, especially to help improve my balances and build up my strength after I sustained an injury a few years ago. I have been going to Sue for a few months now - just an hour a week but I am already noticing the difference and I love my hour at the gym each week. Arenafit is a lovely welcoming setting to work out in too. Sue is so friendly and understanding/flexible/accommodating (I’ve had unexpected childcare issues to work around) and every week is different which keeps my interest. I always feel challenged but it’s done in a fun way and she definitely knows how to get the best out of you! I’ve had hip surgery in the past and always struggle with certain exercises but Sue has worked with this to still achieve progress and also help strengthen those areas of weakness. As a woman trying to return to fitness post two babies, it is comforting to be working with someone who understands the effect this has on the body. Lockdown lifestyle was not good for me, and my fitness levels and self confidence were at an all time low when I started training with you….. training twice a week for the last 3 months has made such a difference… I am stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been and I have shape and definition in my arms and legs again! My balance has also improved no end, and my self confidence is coming back….. every session is different so I never know what I’m going to get, but I’m always guaranteed to spend most of it with a big smile on my face, thank you Sue!

I would like to say that you have truly changed my life. I would never have kept up the routine of exercise if it hadn’t been for you Sue. Seeing the change in my body as well as more energy has kept me going. I even exercise when I’m not being motivated by you at a session now! You know how to encourage without pushing and have such a realistic attitude towards diet. It’s just part of my life now. I’ve been working our with sue for the last 6 months now and I have never enjoyed exercise so much! The sessions are well thought out and there is lots of variety which makes them interesting, but it’s also nice to revisit exercises and see how I have progressed, becoming stronger and fitter. Sue is also really great company, it’s like spending an hour having a chat with a friend, which definitely makes the time pass quickly. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of starting their fitness journey!

I started PT sessions with Sue a couple of months ago, I had never had PT sessions before, but needed something to kickstart my fitness journey after having a baby. I explained what types of exercise I did and didn't enjoy, and went into the sessions not knowing what to expect at all.
I am so glad I signed up! I am really enjoying the sessions, they are really well planned, I feel challenged, but honestly, the hour goes so quickly. Sue listens (and especially understands the post natal period), and reacts to the way my body is feeling and I am really grateful to her for making exercise fun. I look forward to the sessions, and I feel so much stronger and healthier thanks to them. They are also a lot of fun, she is a great personal trainer! I thoroughly recommend to anyone.
